Cave Creek Ranch and Comanche Hills Ranch are located 18 miles southwest of Rocksprings, TX. on Hwy. 377 in Edwards County and is bisected by County Road 105 a caliche road.

Both ranches offer panoramic Hill Country views in addition to exceptional hunting. Most tracts will have electricity, some will have electricity and well water. Cave Creek and Comanche Hills Ranch are restricted, you can click on this link to review the RESTRICTIONS.

The terrain on the ranch is rugged to gently rolling with some large mesquite flats. The more rugged hills and canyons have oak, cedar, mesquite and pinon pine cover. This is a very good Hill Country ranch suited for hunting and recreation.

Game includes whitetail deer, turkey, javelina, quail and dove. Edwards County is a five deer county with a weekend youth hunt prior to the opening of the regular gun season and a two week doe and spike after the regular gun season.
