Millennium Ranch

Millennium Ranch is located 8 miles NW of Rocksprings
with entrances on FM 2995 and Hwy. 55.
A truly outstanding Hill Country ranch. Very gently rolling terrain with
live oak cover, hardly any cedar. There is a large population of whitetail
on the ranch with some outstanding bucks. The turkey hunting on the ranch,
especially during the spring season is great. The ranch was not leased and
only hunted by the owners in 1999 and 2000 seasons.
Electricity will be available to all tracts on the ranch. Tracts #10 and
#11 will share a windmill which is shown on the plat below. Tracts #13 and
#14 will share a well which was drilled in February, 2001. Water depth in
the area is around 450 feet with good water.
There is currently an agricultural exemption on the ranch and taxes are
less than $1.00 per acre per year for all tracts on the ranch. Access to all
tracts is from a 60 foot recorded easement along a caliche road built by the
owners, a $1.00 per acre per year road maintenance fee paid by all land
owners to maintain this road.
